Our candy factory can produce handmade lollipops and purely machine-produced lollipops. Handmade lollipops have traditional craftsmanship and taste better than machines.
The lollipop production process includes the following main steps:
Mixing ingredients: Mix syrup, water, glucose syrup and other raw materials evenly according to the formula proportion to form a syrup solution.
Syrup boiling: The syrup solution is heated to a certain temperature to concentrate it, and seasonings such as food coloring and essence are added to increase the color and taste.
Shaping: Pour the syrup-boiled mixture into a lollipop mold. The mold can be designed into various shapes and sizes according to requirements. A lollipop stick is usually inserted into the center of the mold for subsequent shaping, and handmade lollipops need to be hammered by hand.
Cooling and solidification: The syrup mixture is cooled and solidified in the mold, forming a solid lollipop. The cooling process usually takes a while to ensure the lollipops are completely set.
Packaging: The solidified lollipops are removed from the mold and packaged. Packaging can be a clear plastic bag or wrapping paper, often with brand logo and product information.
Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the packaged lollipops to ensure that the products comply with relevant standards and regulations.
